Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be made for 30 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be brand new and unused in order to be accepted for exchange.

30-Day Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange. After this period, we cannot accept exchange requests.

Product Condition

Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive merchandise different than what you put in your cart and paid for, please notify us immediately and we will correct the problem.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only process exchanges for items that meet our exchange criteria.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@akitchenmust.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with exchange authorization if approved.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the original item back to us in its original condition with all packaging and components.
  4. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
